What You'll Do5
- 1Build a comprehensive evaluation plan and deliver pediatric services in homes, clinics, and community settings
- 2Educate families on intervention strategies to support carry-over and active involvement
- 3Document progress and prepare progress reports within established timelines
- 4Maintain child records and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations
- 5Collaborate with a team of clinicians to plan ongoing treatment and monitor goals
Requirements5
- 1Must hold NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- 2Must be passionate about working with children and families
- 3Fluency in a language other than English is a plus
- 4Willingness to travel to assigned cases using personal vehicle or public transit
- 5Ability to lift 10 pounds and perform floor based activities as needed
Salary Insight
$135 - $141k per year
