Overview

The Specialized Behavioral Health Resource Parent Support Worker Supervisor oversees homes to ensure compliance with PA Chapter 3700 and supports Resource Parents in providing stability for children. This full-time position requires managing five supervisors and improving placement stability while decreasing higher-level services.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Supervise five Resource Parent Support Workers with a maximum of 70 homes
  • 2Complete 40 hours of trauma-focused training annually
  • 3Manage caseloads and performance of RPSW staff
  • 4Maintain communication regarding regulatory updates
  • 5Ensure case files align with SBH program qualifications
  • 6Oversee file reviews and inventory management
  • 7Coordinate transportation and service scheduling
  • 8Provide feedback and corrective actions for RP development
  • 9Be on-call for emergencies
  • 10Ensure medication administration documentation compliance
  • 11Collaborate with CUA for service coordination

Requirements8

  • 1Minimum two years clinical work experience
  • 2Three years experience serving children and families in behavioral health
  • 3Master’s degree in Social Work Psychology or related field
  • 4Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Record
  • 5FBI background check and medical examination
  • 6Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 7Preference for knowledge of PA Chapter 3700
  • 8Ability to travel to field locations
