What You'll Do7
- 1Coordinate STAAR and TEA assessment schedules across all campuses, ensuring alignment with state deadlines.
- 2Build training modules and conduct sessions for campus testing coordinators, covering security protocols and administration procedures.
- 3Audit testing materials and accommodations to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- 4Drive the collection and verification of student testing data, resolving discrepancies before submission.
- 5Lead communication with campus administrators regarding testing updates and policy changes.
- 6Design tracking systems for testing inventory and submit reports to district leadership.
- 7Respond to escalated testing issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in educational assessment, testing coordination, or school district administration.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3Certification in Texas Principal or Mid-Management preferred.
- 4Hands-on experience with Texas Education Agency reporting systems and STAAR logistics.
- 53+ years leading cross-functional teams in a school district environment.
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
- 7Experience developing training content for adult learners.
