What You'll Do9

  • 1File, retrieve, and maintain confidential records for Special Programs across 10 campuses in the first 90 days.
  • 2Execute daily clerical tasks including data entry, scanning, sorting, and cross-referencing documents.
  • 3Prepare requisitions and memorandums for materials requested by Special Programs staff.
  • 4Assist with special projects assigned by the EDASS, such as audit preparation or event coordination.
  • 5Create folders and documents for internal meetings and external trainings.
  • 6Maintain confidentiality of student and employee information per FERPA and district policy.
  • 7Support Special Programs coordinators in scheduling and organizing trainings and meetings.
  • 8Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a high-volume office, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • 9Communicate with Spanish-speaking families and staff to support program operations.

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 21-2 years of related administrative experience preferred.
  • 3Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
  • 4Proficient keyboarding skills with 40+ WPM.
  • 5Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • 6Customer service orientation with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • 7Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods.
  • 8Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment.
