Executive Assistant, School Campus Operations
Overview
You will own all administrative functions for the Principal and campus leadership team at YES Prep West Secondary, supporting 16 secondary campuses and 21,650 students. You will manage calendars, budgets, and recruitment coordination while serving as the primary point of contact for candidates. What You'll Do10
- 1Provide executive support to the Principal, composing correspondence, meeting minutes, and parent communication.
- 2Screen executive-level calls and manage confidential information with discretion.
- 3Oversee budgetary items and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- 4Maintain the school-wide calendar and manage calendars using Outlook.
- 5Arrange domestic travel and itineraries for leadership.
- 6Coordinate meetings and conferences, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and reports.
- 7Serve as primary user for recruitment software, scheduling candidate interviews and coordinating Finalist Day.
- 8Create and maintain confidential staff files, ensuring compliance.
- 9Drive special projects and organize procurement for events, creating a welcoming candidate experience.
- 10Act as key influencer for campus referral and recruitment campaigns, supporting new hire engagement through a campus newsletter.
Requirements10
- 10-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
- 2Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- 3Outstanding record of organization and attention to detail.
- 4Exemplary record working in a fast-paced office environment.
- 5Ability to work outside normal hours and on weekends.
