What You'll Do7

  • 1Manage student attendance tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate daily records and timely follow-ups with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

  • 3Direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel, using professional phone etiquette in both Spanish and English.

Requirements7

  • 1Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • 2Detail-oriented and extremely organized, able to multi-task in a busy office environment.
  • 3Hold a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
  • 4Experienced with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, and Drive.
  • 5Excellent interpersonal and phone skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse stakeholders.
  • 6Preferred: Experience working in an educational setting or with high school students.
  • 7Preferred: Associate's Degree or passed the ParaPro exam.
