What You'll Do11
- 1Assist electricians and installers during solar installations
- 2Carry out tasks such as bending conduit and terminating wire
- 3Maintain an organized job site using hand and power tools
- 4Install solar panel systems and racking with proper equipment
- 5Service the solar system and adhere to safety codes
- 6Perform roof work including ladder climbing with appropriate gear
- 7Lay out and install conduit and disconnect switches
- 8Follow quality and safety standards for all work
- 9Maintain regular attendance and work nights weekends
- 10Collaborate with teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- 11Support Net Promoter System initiatives and gather feedback

- 1Construction experience with hand tools
