What You'll Do11
- 1Lead installation of electrical systems interconnecting solar arrays to grid
- 2Ensure workmanship meets NEC and local codes
- 3Complete solar battery installations
- 4Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues
- 5Plan and execute Main Panel Upgrades
- 6Work with branch team and homeowners to fulfill system upgrades
- 7Coordinate with local inspectors to satisfy requirements
- 8Travel 5% required
- 9Maintain clean driving record and valid driver's license
- 10Transport materials weighing up to 100 pounds
- 11Work on rooftops and confined spaces under various conditions

- 1Electrical installation and repair experience
- 2Knowledge of wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC
- 3Experience with residential electrical services and distribution panels
- 4Valid Journeyman License or Electrician Certification
- 5Clean driving record and passing background check
- 6Age 21 with valid driver's license
- 7Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
- 8Fine motor skills for hand functions
- 9Experience with PPE such as arc flash suits and gloves
