- 4Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical guidance to maintain quality and efficiency
- 5Train and mentor crew members promoting skill development and best practices
- 6Troubleshoot installation issues promptly to maintain project timelines
- 7Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to project reports
- 8Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing policies and conducting regular safety meetings
Requirements5
- 15+ years building solar installations with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading crews in technical environments
- 3NABCEP Certification preferred
- 4CPR and First Aid certification required
- 55+ years experience with photovoltaic systems
