- 5Lead on-call responsiveness within 5 minutes and maintain proximity to facility
- 6Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions
- 7Offer family assistance navigating healthcare systems and connect them with tailored resources
- 8Maintain detailed psychosocial documentation and update clinical records regularly
- 9Attend continuing education programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge
Requirements6
- 1MSW from CSWE-accredited program with minimum one year social work experience
- 23+ years of social work experience preferred
- 3Expertise in pediatric psychosocial support for conditions including ADHD depression and autism spectrum disorders
- 4Proficiency in family assistance and navigation of healthcare systems
- 5Ability to perform on-call shifts within 30 minute drive radius
- 6Certification such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified preferred
