The Social Service Supervisor at NACC leads client advocacy and transportation initiatives for the Native American Community in Minneapolis. What You'll Do11
- 1Monitor and evaluate client service delivery across social programs at scale
- 2Lead patient advocate and transportation teams while assessing staff performance
- 3Train and support advocacy and transportation staff through hands-on mentorship
- 4Foster community-clinic relationships and organize local outreach projects
- 5Act as primary social resource expert for NACC clients and care teams
- 6Assign and track social service tasks ensuring timely completion
- 7Coordinate team participation in community meetings and stakeholder engagements
- 8Oversee data collection and reporting to grantors including MNSure
- 9Maintain departmental budget and provide management with financial insights
- 10Delegate community-based work to advocates and verify task completion
- 11Facilitate monthly team meetings and compile progress reports
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 43-5 seasons leading multicultural teams
- 5Proven experience with Medicaid/MNSure systems
- 6Certification in Case Management Certification
- 7Demonstrated ability to manage grant budgets and expenses
- 8Expertise in patient navigation and social determinants of health
- 9Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- 10Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive cases
- 11Experience with diversity and inclusion frameworks
