Overview
Own the Smart Components business strategy for Rensenhouse Industrial Solutions Network, driving growth in motor control, sensors, safety, and distributed I/O across local manufacturing clients. Collaborate with a technical team to advise food, oil and gas, automotive, and ag industries on Rockwell Automation solutions. Act as technical liaison between RA and the distributor, leading marketing, training, and sales support. This role puts you at the center of industrial automation, with direct impact on client success.
What You'll Do9
- 1Drive the business strategy for Smart Components lines, including motor control, sensors, safety, and condition monitoring.
- 2Serve as technical liaison between Rockwell Automation and the distributor, providing technical and commercial leadership.
- 3Implement and track marketing programs and product launches for Rockwell Automation.
- 4Guide customers on safety standards and certifications, helping them apply regulatory trends.
- 5Manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
- 6Create and execute plans to exceed growth targets for supported areas.
- 7Travel to customer sites within the assigned geographic area.
- 8Provide voice of customer feedback to business units.
- 9Coordinate with Automation Specialists on distributed I/O and customer activities.
Requirements4
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology diploma, or equivalent experience.
- 2Demonstrable knowledge of industrial control and automation industry and terminology.
- 3Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
