What You'll Do8
- 1Operate skid steer to grade for sidewalks, clean slopes, and perform general cleanup.
- 2Maintain equipment with routine checks and report any mechanical issues.
- 3Support excavation and construction crews with material handling and site prep.
- 4Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA standards for equipment operation.
- 5Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.
- 6Inspect work areas for hazards and ensure compliance with site-specific plans.
- 7Complete pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
- 8Assist with other labor tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements8
- 11+ years operating skid steer in construction or excavation.
- 2Knowledge of grading and site preparation techniques.
- 3Ability to read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes.
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Dallas, Texas site.
- 5Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- 6Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- 7Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
