Overview
Operate skid-steer and excavator equipment for a non-union commercial plumbing subcontractor in Las Vegas. You will support new construction projects, reading blueprints and coordinating with crews. What You'll Do7
- 1Operate skid-steer and excavator to move earth and support underground plumbing installation.
- 2Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to position equipment accurately.
- 3Coordinate with crew members to ensure safe excavation and trenching.
- 4Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to keep machines running.
- 5Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, on active job sites.
- 6Work efficiently across multiple projects to meet construction schedules.
- 7Communicate with supervisors and other trades to avoid utility strikes and delays.
Requirements7
- 12+ years operating skid-steer or excavator in construction.
- 2Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 3Ability to pass background check and 5-panel drug screen.
- 4Journeyman Card or plumbing trade experience a plus.
- 5Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- 6Comfortable reading blueprints and following grade stakes.
- 7Positive attitude and teamwork mindset in a fast-paced environment.
