What You'll Do7

  • 1Operate skid-steer and excavator to move earth and support underground plumbing installation.
  • 2Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to position equipment accurately.
  • 3Coordinate with crew members to ensure safe excavation and trenching.
  • 4Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to keep machines running.
  • 5Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, on active job sites.
  • 6Work efficiently across multiple projects to meet construction schedules.
  • 7Communicate with supervisors and other trades to avoid utility strikes and delays.

Requirements7

  • 12+ years operating skid-steer or excavator in construction.
  • 2Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 3Ability to pass background check and 5-panel drug screen.
  • 4Journeyman Card or plumbing trade experience a plus.
  • 5Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying conditions.
  • 6Comfortable reading blueprints and following grade stakes.
  • 7Positive attitude and teamwork mindset in a fast-paced environment.
