Requirements12
- 15+ years experience supervising children in educational or recreational settings
- 2AA Degree in Child Development or related field preferred
- 3First Aid & CPR Certification provided by WR
- 4Background check clearance from FBI and DOJ
- 5Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 6Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- 7Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse groups
- 8Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 9Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- 10Commitment to inclusive practices supporting youth with special needs
- 11Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
