Overview
Join our premier downtown showroom in Boston as a Showroom Assistant. You will facilitate product viewings and assist with inventory management while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a physical role requiring flexibility and reliability.
What You'll Do11
- 1Facilitate product viewings including flipping rug piles and locating specific rugs
- 2Bail and load rugs for in home viewings
- 3Maintain inventory knowledge of handmade rug and broadloom samples
- 4Assist in merchandising the showroom
- 5Proactively organize building areas such as restrooms and parking lots
- 6Work with colleagues to improve showroom efficiency
- 7Deliver rugs and handle showings as part of the delivery team
- 8Coordinate project execution with the Showroom Manager
- 9Manage internal communications for shipments and deliveries
- 10Support customers during showings and deliveries
- 11Ensure accurate product placement and stock levels

Salary Insight
