We seek a Sample Associate/Showroom Coordinator to support our West Coast Team. The ideal candidate will maintain a pristine showroom by updating sales tools and sample collections. Responsibilities include receiving and preparing samples while ensuring accurate inventory management. What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain showroom presentation by updating sales tools and sample collections
- 2Receive and process all incoming samples for appointment readiness
- 3Steam tag and hang new merchandise according to visual standards
- 4Collaborate with Customer Service to manage Fashion GPS inventory
- 5Assist Showroom Supervisor in maintaining high product availability
- 6Act as Account Executive during market events and trade shows
- 7Manage daily operations including stock rotation and display updates
- 8Ensure proper handling of garments through kneeling bending and lifting tasks
- 9Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3Proven ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- 4Familiarity with sample tracking software like Fashion GPS
- 5Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- 6Valid driver's license for travel between locations
- 7Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational proficiency
