What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting guests and guiding them through the selection process
- 2Check samples and schedule measurements using proper methods for optimal outcomes
- 3Work with estimators to create accurate bids and follow up using recommended procedures
- 4Manage order entry by assigning products to inventory and initiating special orders
- 5Set appropriate transfer dates and maintain open orders and quotes according to policy
- 6Maintain clean sales areas showrooms warehouses and properties
- 7Perform warehouse duties as assigned depending on store needs
- 8Resolve client conflicts and make decisions responsibly
- 9Foster a diverse respectful workplace environment
- 10Control emotions during challenging situations
- 11Communicate effectively to gather information and influence stakeholders
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 25+ years sales experience
- 3Proficiency with computer systems Google Suite Gmail Microsoft Office
- 4Knowledge of Rollmaster Flooring
- 5Experience with sales software and CRM platforms
- 6Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally
- 7Physical stamina for standing walking stooping kneeling or crouching
- 8Strong problem-solving skills within regulatory guidelines
- 9Commitment to punctuality and flexible scheduling
- 10Demonstrated initiative in improving processes
Salary Insight
$40 - $42k per year
