Shipper Support Case Specialist, Logistics & Transportation
Overview
You will own the resolution of shipper support cases for an extensive network of vendors and sellers using Inbound Transportation Services. You will work on-site in Tempe, Arizona, with a team dedicated to maintaining service quality and strong relationships. What You'll Do7
- 1Process and resolve shipper support cases through the proprietary communication platform.
- 2Research and resolve missed pickup issues and other transportation disruptions.
- 3Maintain case resolution goals for service quality and efficiency.
- 4Conduct proactive outreach calls to vendors and carriers to prevent issues.
- 5Document case resolutions and maintain accurate records for continual improvements.
- 6Collaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure successful freight pickup and delivery.
- 7Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex logistics challenges.
Requirements10
- 12+ years in a customer service role, preferably B2B.
- 2Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 4Basic computer proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets and data filtering.
- 5Ability to work independently and think critically.
- 6Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 7Familiarity with transportation terms and supply chain concepts.
- 8Experience with AI and Large Language Models.
- 9Previous experience in logistics, account management, or vendor management requiring data analysis.
- 10Experience in verification, validation, and tracking product records.
