Overview
You own the shift at a Subway location in Denver: guest experience, food quality, and team execution. - 3Build weekly schedules that match customer traffic and staff availability, then adjust for call-offs.
- 4Control inventory by tracking usage, placing orders, and minimizing waste during your shift.
- 5Inspect equipment before and during each shift to catch issues before they disrupt service.
- 6Complete shift paperwork including cash reconciliation, sales reports, and food safety logs.
- 7Lead opening or closing duties: set up stations, secure the store, and verify cleanliness.
Requirements6
- 11+ years in a restaurant or quick-service environment with proven shift leadership.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- 3Operate Subway's POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- 4Stand and walk for the full shift, with frequent bending and lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional 30 pounds.
- 5Communicate clear instructions to Sandwich Artists and collaborate with the store manager.
- 6Work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
