Shift Manager, Car Wash Operations
Overview
Shift Managers are on the front lines of our daily operations driving guest experience, safety, and service standards. You will lead on-site culture, team performance, and operational readiness across shifts in a fast-paced environment. This role builds leadership, people development, and operational skills with a clear path into higher level operations leadership.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards
- 2Serve as Manager-on-Duty and resolve guest and team issues with discretion
- 3Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness
- 4Coach and develop teams with shoulder-to-shoulder leadership and accountability
- 5Uphold safety and brand standards and proactively address safety risks
- 6Coordinate rotations through People Staffing, Sales Training, and Tunnel Operations focus areas
- 7Ensure accurate scheduling, onboarding support, and training compliance
- 8Maintain site cleanliness and equipment readiness while coordinating preventive maintenance
- 9Communicate effectively for smooth shift transitions and follow-through
- 10Promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and recognition
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2At least 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience
- 3Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 4Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 5Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results
