What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the wash tunnel team through peak rushes, coordinating roles for POS accuracy, drying quality, and safety checks.
- 2Coach team members on the Mister signature wave and greet standards, increasing customer satisfaction scores by 10%.
- 3Drive Unlimited Wash Club membership sales by modeling pitch techniques and tracking daily conversion targets.
- 4Own opening or closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment inspections, and site cleanliness.
- 5Train new hires on wash chemistry, tunnel automation, and point-of-sale systems during their first two weeks.
- 6Resolve customer complaints on the spot, using judgment to offer wash credits or service recovery.
- 7Monitor wash quality metrics like water spot removal and drying speed, adjusting team assignments.
- 8Support the General Manager in weekly inventory counts for soaps and detergents, placing orders as needed.
- 9Facilitate daily huddles to align on targets, celebrate wins, and address safety hazards.

Requirements10
- 11+ years leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 3Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and opening or closing shifts.
- 4Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record for site errands and bank deposits.
- 5Proven ability to stay calm and decisive during high-customer-volume periods.
- 6Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- 7Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 8Completion of pre-hire background check and MVR check.
- 9Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds (e.g., bulk soap containers).
- 10Demonstrated curiosity for learning new technology, including POS systems and tablet-based training tools.
