You will own the customer experience and facility operations at a high-volume car wash site, serving hundreds of vehicles daily. As the face of the wash, you will greet customers, enroll them in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and guide them through the tunnel safely. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers and enroll them in the Unlimited Car Wash Club using the point-of-sale system.
- 2Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel to ensure a spotless finish.
- 3Guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor with clear hand signals and safe positioning.
- 4Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues to the shift lead.
- 5Maintain the facility, including landscape upkeep and pressure washing of surfaces.
- 6Handle cash and card transactions accurately, balancing the register at shift end.
- 7Support the team during peak hours by rotating between stations as needed.
- 8Assist in training new attendants on safety protocols and customer service standards.
Requirements8
- 1At least 16 years of age with a friendly and reliable demeanor.
- 2Ability to stand for 8+ hours and work in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
- 31+ year experience in customer service, retail, or outdoor work preferred but not required.
- 4Pass a background check and drug screen prior to hire.
- 5Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and membership enrollments.
- 6Willingness to learn point-of-sale systems and safety procedures.
- 7Flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with 20-40 hours per week.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent is a plus, but not mandatory.
