Assistant Site Manager, Car Wash Operations
Overview
You will own daily site operations alongside the Site Manager, driving team performance and guest satisfaction at a high-volume car wash. You will lead a team of 10-15, coordinate shifts, and resolve issues in real time. This role is the direct pipeline to Site Manager, with most leaders promoted from within. - 7Track inventory of chemicals and supplies, automating reorders to prevent stockouts.
- 8Analyze sales data from POS to spot trends and pitch promotions to the Site Leader.
- 9Lead morning huddles to align the team on daily goals and celebrate wins.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in retail or service management with direct team leadership.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 4Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel for tracking performance.
- 5CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
- 6Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- 7Strong communication skills in English and Spanish a plus.
