Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required with associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2Minimum 2–5 years leadership experience especially in customer-facing or operational settings
- 3At least 2 years direct customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- 4Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- 5Strong communication abilities focused on team motivation
- 6Ability to work evenings and nights
- 7Basic computer proficiency for POS systems Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- 8Physical stamina to stand and move throughout full shifts
- 9Wear required safety gear at all times
- 10Lift capability 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
