Car Wash Associate, Outdoor Roles & Customer Service
Overview
Own and execute vehicle preparation and loading in the wash tunnel at scale while ensuring equipment and location cleanliness. Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain safety across an outdoor environment. This role offers a clear path to leadership and a chance to grow within the company. You will spend most time outdoors and will be exposed to weather conditions.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and guide vehicles into the wash tunnel while loading supplies
- 2Maintain location cleanliness including sweeping mopping and minor landscaping
- 3Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience
- 4Ensure equipment is functioning and towels are stocked
- 5Provide friendly interactions with customers and handle vehicles with care
