Shift Lead at Spotless Brands - Car Wash Operations and Customer Service
Overview
The Shift Lead will support site leadership in executing daily car wash operations during assigned shifts at Cobblestone Auto Spa in Phoenix. This role focuses on operational standards, workflow direction, customer service, safety, and team productivity without formal leadership responsibilities. As a key holder, they may assist with opening and closing procedures under supervision. What You'll Do10
- 1Direct team members on shift to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards
- 2Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to the Site Manager or Assistant Manager
- 3Greet and engage customers and promote membership programs and promotions
- 4Operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals
- 5Maintain facility cleanliness including vacuum stations, restrooms, and outdoor areas
- 6Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the car wash safe and functional
- 7Conduct quality control checks on interior and exterior cleaning standards
- 8Assist with opening and closing procedures following company protocols
- 9Serve as a keyholder and participate in site security measures
- 10Address customer issues and escalate as needed
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred
- 3Must be at least 16 years of age
- 4Valid driver’s license preferred depending on location
- 5Must pass background check and meet regulatory standards
