Overview
You will own shift operations at a Domino's Pizza franchise in Washington, DC, balancing front-of-house and back-of-house duties while driving sales and customer satisfaction. You'll lead a team of 3-8 crew members during high-volume rushes, working alongside the Manager on Duty to hit targets for food quality and labor costs. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead each shift by setting daily assignments, coaching team members, and ensuring POS orders ring correctly
- 2Own cash management: count down registers, track cash and coupons, and process daily reports
- 3Drive repeat business by greeting customers in person or via phone, taking orders, and upselling menu items
- 4Maintain food safety standards during prep, assembly, and presentation, checking waste logs and labor costs
- 5Resolve customer complaints promptly while keeping service fast and friendly
- 6Cross-train and coordinate schedules with team members to cover each station, from pizza making to box folding
- 7Partner with the Manager on Duty to monitor inventory, place stock orders, and adjust orders based on shortages
- 8Ensure pre-close duties are done on time, from restocking stations to cleaning displays
- 9Step in to prep pizzas, measure ingredients, and handle multiple orders simultaneously during rushes
Requirements8
- 11+ years of shift leadership or supervisory experience in a quick-service restaurant
- 2Ability to pass Domino's background checks
- 3Excellent written and verbal skills for taking orders and leading the team
- 4Track record of multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- 5Comfort entering orders via keyboard or touch screen POS systems
- 6Math accuracy for making change and tallying daily cash sales
- 7Proven ability to work independently and as a team player
- 8Food handler certification preferred, like ServSafe
