Shift Leader Team Captain
Overview
You will own shift operations at The Bowl - South Block, leading a team of Blockstars to deliver the South Block Experience. You'll manage opening and closing procedures, train and develop team members, and ensure quality control. This role is your introduction to management, with flexible schedules, competitive hourly wages plus tips, and a path to grow with an expanding local brand.
What You'll Do8
- 1Open and close the store effectively, owning shift operations and ensuring all procedures are followed.
- 2Lead the team during shifts, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for Blockstars and guests.
- 3Train and develop team members, providing feedback and coaching to build their skills.
- 4Ensure quality control by overseeing food preparation and service standards, placing and receiving orders as needed.
- 5Manage guest experience, using your smiling face and positive vibes to create an awesome atmosphere.
- 6Support store management with operational tasks, focusing on the South Block Experience.
- 7Communicate professionally in English, coordinating with team members and management.
- 8Handle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, making decisions that uphold the South Block mission.

- 116 years of age or older
- 2Ability to communicate in English professionally
- 3Some prior experience leading others, not necessarily professionally
