Requirements10
- 12+ years of management in the food & beverage industry
- 2Hospitality mindset passion for people culture and the guest experience
- 3Ability to stand for long periods lifting up to 25 lbs
- 4Must be 18+ years old
- 5Calm flexible and solution oriented in a fast paced environment
- 6Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- 7Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- 8Proven track record of mentoring staff
