What You'll Do11
- 1Support Manager on Duty with daily oversight and coordination
- 2Maintain high customer service standards during high volume periods
- 3Communicate effectively with management and team members
- 4Greet customers and take orders professionally
- 5Provide customer service to encourage repeat business
- 6Assist with shift management and scheduling
- 7Communicate shift assignments clearly
- 8Oversee pre-close functions to ensure quality
- 9Manage front of house cash and track financials
- 10Adhere to waste tracking and food safety protocols
- 11Upsell products to increase revenue
Requirements11
- 15+ years leading teams in fast paced environments
- 2Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- 3Strong math skills including accurate change handling
- 4Ability to resolve complaints promptly
- 5Experience cross training across front and back of house
- 6Commitment to teamwork and customer focus
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Experience with inventory control and supply chain logistics
- 9Dedication to maintaining clean and organized workspaces
- 10Flexibility to handle changing priorities
