LC Shift Leader
Overview
The Shift Leader oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts ensuring quality food preparation safety sanitation and team performance. This role drives operational excellence and fosters a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver shift execution and own shift operations
- 2Open close restaurant and complete daily checklists leveraging tools
- 3Ensure SOPs are followed and set daily shift goals
- 4Execute shift huddles and communicate with team members
- 5Monitor cash management and handle guest interactions
- 6Lead culture service model and core values during each shift
- 7Responsible for safety and security during shift
- 8Support team member development and training
- 9Assess performance and provide feedback to team members and general manager
- 10Support recruiting through screening and initial interviews
- 11Use deployment charts every shift
Requirements10
- 1Must be 18 years old or older
- 2High school diploma or equivalent recommended college degree preferred
- 3One two years supervisory experience in food service recommended
- 4Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
- 5Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate work effectively
- 6Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 7Knowledge of Word and Excel and basic computer functions
- 8Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied temperatures
- 9Ability to stand walk sit and use hands to perform tasks
- 10Frequent interaction with guests and team members
