Overview

What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead the shift by directing team members and coordinating tasks to meet sales and service goals.
  • 2Greet customers in person and by phone, taking orders accurately and suggesting up-sell items to increase ticket size.
  • 3Master the POS system to process orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and run daily reports.
  • 4Oversee cash management by counting down registers, tracking coupons, and ensuring accountability.
  • 5Maintain food quality and safety by following procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
  • 6Manage inventory by tracking waste, conducting stock counts, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • 7Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
  • 8Cross-train team members and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • 9Clean and stock workstations, assemble boxes, and prep ingredients to keep the store ready.
  • 10Support the MOD with pre-close functions and daily job assignments.

Requirements9

  • 11+ years of experience in a restaurant or retail environment, with some leadership exposure.
  • 2Ability to pass company background checks.
  • 3Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • 4Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • 5Comfortable using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
  • 6Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
  • 7Ability to lead and motivate a team of 5-10 people.
  • 8Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
