What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead shift operations, assigning tasks and guiding team members to meet service and food quality standards.
  • 2Oversee front-of-house cash management: count down registers, track cash and coupons, and process daily reports.
  • 3Master POS computer systems to handle automated order taking and process currency and credit transactions accurately.
  • 4Drive up-sell opportunities by suggesting additional products to customers.
  • 5Ensure back-of-house waste tracking and food and labor cost best practices are followed.
  • 6Assist with inventory control and stock ordering, and communicate food shortages to the supervisor.
  • 7Train and coordinate schedules across team members, cross-training to ensure seamless service.
  • 8Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning issues into loyalty.
  • 9Prepare pizzas and other menu items, measuring ingredients and reading order slips for accuracy.
  • 10Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, and assemble boxes and labels as needed.

Requirements9

  • 11+ years in a shift lead or supervisory role in food service.
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3Ability to pass company background checks.
  • 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills with management and customers.
  • 5Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • 6Comfort with changing priorities and leading a team.
  • 7Computer proficiency, including keyboard and touch screen order entry.
  • 8Basic math skills to handle cash and make change accurately.
  • 9Stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
