- 4Follows policies in the TM handbook covering image attire attendance safety and core values
- 5Ensures shift coverage provides immediate feedback corrects problems and maintains quality standards
- 6Utilizes the FOCUS System to manage inventory reduce loss and achieve profit goals
- 7Assists with inventory management using company systems to minimize loss
- 8Works long hours including nights weekends and emergencies while being flexible and adaptable
- 9Maintains product quality customer service and operational responsibilities within acceptable standards
- 10Executes cash management duties and supports adequate inventory levels
- 11Demonstrates commitment to belonging doing the right thing people first innovate to win have fun
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2ServSafe or local state food service certification preferred
- 3Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- 4Successful employment history must be 18 years of age or older
- 5Ability to work 32+ hours typically including nights weekends and emergencies
- 6Strong planning and prioritization skills effective communication and process improvement abilities
