What You'll Do8
- 1Execute station procedures for dough management, portion accuracy, and product holding times, using FOCUS System standards.
- 2Sell quality products and minimize complaints by responding to customer needs immediately.
- 3Follow all policies in the TM Handbook for image, attendance, safety, and security, including car topper usage.
- 4Cover shifts with adequate staffing and correct issues as they arise.
- 5Manage MCE readiness, food costs, labor costs, and restaurant cleanliness within set standards.
- 6Control profit by staying within company guidelines and using FOCUS System to track targets.
- 7Handle cash management duties per company procedures.
- 8Perform all station roles, from dough to oven to delivery, as needed.
Requirements7
- 11+ year previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
- 218+ years of age or older.
- 3Ability to work 32+ hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
- 4High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 5ServSafe or local food service certification preferred.
- 6Successful stable employment history.
- 7Ability to perform all restaurant positions.
