What You'll Do11

  • 1Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by greeting and acknowledging them while maintaining product knowledge and service standards
  • 2Coach and support team members to deliver consistent friendly and knowledgeable service
  • 3Oversee shift operations as Person in Charge coordinating team duties and addressing real time needs
  • 4Perform POS transactions vendor check in and adhere to cash control standards
  • 5Hold team members and self accountable for compliance with policies procedures and safety requirements
  • 6Follow all safety and security procedures to protect staff customers and assets
  • 7Execute food and beverage programs including ordering production planning and product handling
  • 8Maintain store appearance by completing cleaning dusting sweeping emptying trash and reporting maintenance issues
  • 9Demonstrate accountability by completing tasks with attention to detail
  • 10Supervise all store employees in the absence of a senior leader
  • 11Perform other projects as assigned

Requirements10

  • 1Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • 2Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3Proven supervisory and organizational abilities with demonstrated leadership skills
  • 4Minimum one year of food service or retail management experience
  • 5Current ANSI-approved Food Safety Manager Certification
  • 6Basic business math accounting computer and analytical skills
  • 7Flexible availability for various shifts including weekends holidays and overtime
  • 8Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • 9Willingness to obtain Food Safety Certification if not already certified
  • 10Commitment to uphold Royal Farms mission values and operational excellence
