Overview
You will own all in-store transactions and kitchen operations at a high-volume Wingstop location. You will balance cash registers, manage daily inventory, and lead your team through peak hours. You will coordinate with the general manager to hit Wingstop inspection standards. This role offers 5+ years of proven experience and a path to management.
What You'll Do8
- 1Balance cash registers and assign cash drawers at shift start and end.
- 2Process returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints at the counter.
- 3Direct kitchen staff to maintain food quality and manage quote times during peak hours.
- 4Monitor cashier upsells and customer interactions to drive satisfaction.
- 5Inspect kitchen sanitation and organization to meet Wingstop standards.
- 6Assign daily tasks to team members and verify completion before shift end.
- 7Track daily inventory levels and flag restocking needs to the manager on duty.
- 8Enforce company policies on cash handling and food safety.
Requirements7
- 11+ years experience operating POS systems and cash registers.
- 2Proven ability to balance cash drawers and manage daily cash transactions.
- 3Basic computer knowledge for entering orders and updating inventory logs.
- 4Strong math skills for calculating change, discounts, and register counts.
- 5Ability to resolve complaints and de-escalate customer issues in real time.
- 6Manager certification a plus but not required.
- 7Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
