- 4Maintain a sanitized, organized kitchen: check food quality, storage, and prep logs.
- 5Manage quote times, orchestrating cooks and packers to hit Wingstop speed targets.
- 6Inspect the store against Wingstop standards: cleanliness, labeling, and safety.
- 7Deploy staff to stations, adjusting breaks and tasks to match rush-hour flow.
- 8Enforce company policies on cash handling, breaks, and uniform compliance.
- 9Log daily inventory counts and order supplies before stockouts occur.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in a quick-service restaurant, with POS and cash handling experience.
- 2Solid math skills: count change, reconcile drawers, and track inventory counts.
- 3Excellent verbal communication: direct instructions, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- 4Basic computer skills: navigate POS menus, update digital logs, and email.
- 5Certification: Manager Certification preferred; food safety ServSafe a plus.
- 6Follow written and verbal instructions with no supervision gaps.
- 7Multitask under pressure: juggle registers, kitchen calls, and customer needs.
- 8Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
