Overview
Own the shift at a high-volume Wingstop in Sacramento, leading a team of 5-10 crew members during peak hours. What You'll Do7
- 1Direct the opening or closing shift, assigning stations and monitoring throughput from the POS to the kitchen line.
- 2Coach crew members on food safety and prep standards, enforcing ServSafe protocols at all times.
- 3Resolve customer issues onsite, turning complaints into repeat visits with a service-first mindset.
- 4Count drawers and reconcile sales at shift end, matching receipts to POS reports.
- 5Lead the team through rushes, adjusting labor and station assignments in real time to hit ticket times under 5 minutes.
- 6Train new hires on cooking, cashiering, and cleaning procedures during your shift.
- 7Audit food quality and portion control, discarding any product that misses Wingstop specs.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- 2ServSafe certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- 318+ years old with reliable transportation to the Sacramento store.
- 4Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for 8-10 hour shifts.
- 5Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- 6Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- 7Proven ability to make decisions independently under pressure.
- 8Food handler card from Sacramento County required.
