What You'll Do10
- 1Own daily operations, ensuring QSC standards and all systems run consistently
- 2Drive sales growth by executing upselling, Local Store Marketing, and community engagement
- 3Manage prime cost: hold labor at ~20% and food cost at ~31% through forecasting and real-time adjustments
- 4Build schedules aligned with sales forecasts, adjusting labor across dayparts to meet demand
- 5Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing teams; develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders into future GMs
- 6Conduct performance evaluations, hold team accountable, and foster a results-driven culture
- 7Deliver consistent guest experiences, resolve escalated issues promptly, and monitor satisfaction metrics
- 8Maintain full compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards; prepare for audits
- 9Oversee inventory, ordering, and PAR levels to prevent waste and variance
- 10Lead regular team meetings, communicate goals, and partner with leadership to achieve business targets
Requirements8
- 15+ years in restaurant management or QSR leadership roles
- 2Proven track record of meeting labor and food cost targets
- 3Experience with P&L ownership and financial reporting
- 4Strong leadership in developing teams and managing performance
- 5Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and 12-hour shifts
- 6ServSafe certification required
- 7Skills in inventory management, scheduling, and POS systems
- 8Working knowledge of labor scheduling software and Microsoft Excel
