Overview

What You'll Do7
- 1Own the full P&L for your district, driving sales growth and controlling costs to exceed budget targets by day 90.
- 2Recruit, coach, and retain general managers, building a talent pipeline that fills 100% of restaurant leadership roles internally.
- 3Conduct weekly store visits to audit food safety, cleanliness, and Wingstop brand standards, closing gaps in real-time.
- 4Lead district meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to align teams on operational goals and local marketing initiatives.
- 5Partner with HR to resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws across all locations.
- 6Drive store-level execution of new product launches and promotions, ensuring every team is trained and ready before launch day.
- 7Analyze sales, labor, and inventory data to spot trends and adjust strategies, presenting monthly performance reviews to ownership.
Requirements6
- 13+ years multi-unit restaurant management experience, with proven ability to develop teams and hit financial targets.
- 2Strong working knowledge of P&L statements, labor scheduling, and inventory controls in a quick-service restaurant environment.
- 3Demonstrated track record of building and retaining high-performing managers, with measurable results in turnover reduction.
- 4Expertise in food safety compliance and local health codes, with ServSafe certification required within 90 days of hire.
- 5Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, able to engage diverse teams and drive accountability.
- 6Willingness to travel daily across district locations, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
