ServiceNow UI Developer (UI Builder & Workspaces)
Overview
Own the design and delivery of ServiceNow user interfaces, building with UI Builder and Workspaces to transform portal experiences. You will join the ServiceNow practice at VDart, working on enterprise implementations that include CSP, CSM, and Impact modules. Your work will directly impact the usability of critical workflows for thousands of users.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design and build modern ServiceNow interfaces using UI Builder and Workspaces, ensuring seamless user flows.
- 2Migrate legacy portals to Next Experience, converting existing scripts and client-side code to modern frameworks.
- 3Customize CSP, CSM, and Impact modules to meet client-specific business requirements, integrating with core ServiceNow tables.
- 4Develop client-side and server-side scripts in JavaScript and Glide to handle dynamic data loading and event handling.
- 5Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs and ensure data consistency across modules.
- 6Shape the first 90 days by auditing current UI components and delivering a prioritized roadmap for workspace redesign.
Requirements6
- 18+ years of ServiceNow development experience, focusing on full-stack capabilities.
- 23+ years of hands-on experience with UI Builder and Workspaces, including building custom components.
- 3Experience implementing CSP, CSM, or Impact in enterprise environments.
- 4Proven track record with platform migration, workspace migration, and legacy portal modernization.
- 5Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs.
- 6Ability to work remotely, but must be based in the U.S. with overlap in Pacific hours.
