
ServiceNow Developer, ITSM & HRSD
Overview
Own the ServiceNow platform as primary administrator for a Washington, DC enterprise, supporting daily operations and maintenance. Configure forms, lists, workflows, and notifications across ITSM, HRSD, and S2P modules. Shape catalog items and drive enhancements that cut resolution times and improve user experience. This role puts you at the center of platform governance, with direct impact on process efficiency.
What You'll Do9
- 1Serve as primary administrator for the ServiceNow instance, managing user accounts, roles, and access controls.
- 2Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, including forms, lists, workflows, notifications, and reporting.
- 3Build and update Service Catalog items and workflows, ensuring accurate fulfillment and approval processes.
- 4Develop and enhance ITSM processes: incident, problem, change, and request management.
- 5Support HRSD and S2P modules, tailoring them to meet HR and supplier lifecycle needs.
- 6Design and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify bottlenecks.
- 7Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- 8Perform routine system health checks, patching, and upgrade validation to ensure stability.
- 9Document configuration changes and provide training to end users and junior admins.
Requirements8
- 13+ years administering and developing on ServiceNow, with expertise in ITSM and HRSD.
- 21+ years working with Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
- 3Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS within the ServiceNow context.
- 4Hands-on configuration of ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
- 5Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- 6Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB.
- 7ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of ITSM processes.
- 8Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
