You will own the development and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM modules for enterprise clients across multiple locations, ensuring seamless incident, problem, and change management workflows. You will join a small team of developers and work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions. Requirements8
- 17-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and ITSM modules.
- 2Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- 3Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
- 4Experience with ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI configuration.
- 5Ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues independently.
- 6100% onsite availability in Oakland, CA, Cincinnati, OH, or Dallas, TX.
- 7W2 employment eligibility required.
- 8Must pass a scripting challenge during the interview process.
