What You'll Do8
- 1Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- 2Manage user access, groups, roles, and permissions across production instances.
- 3Resolve Level 3 ServiceNow incidents, minimizing downtime and impact.
- 4Design and implement automation for access and group management through the ServiceNow Request Catalog.
- 5Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce access control policies.
- 6Develop and maintain REST API integrations to streamline workflows.
- 7Troubleshoot and debug platform issues using JavaScript and system logs.
- 8Document configuration changes and operational procedures.
Requirements8
- 1Must hold CSA and CAD certifications for ServiceNow.
- 25+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
- 3Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- 4Strong experience with REST API integrations.
- 5Ability to work in a production support environment, handling Level 3 incidents.
- 6Located near Charlotte, NC (or Minneapolis, MN / Las Colinas, TX) and willing to work onsite.
- 7Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing automation for access and group management.
