Overview
Lead technical transformation initiatives for the GPS ServiceNow team at Deloitte. Own end-to-end development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for intelligence community clients. What You'll Do11
- 1Support ServiceNow application development for intelligence community clients using best practices and platform capabilities
- 2Configure and develop solutions across ServiceNow modules including Strategic Portfolio Management IT Service Management Customer Service Management and Service Portal
- 3Collaborate with stakeholders across client organizations and internal teams to assess processes and identify automation opportunities
- 4Design implement test deploy support and operate ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation solutions in client environments
- 5Serve as process engineer technology implementer solution developer and client advisor throughout engagements
- 6Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced dynamic settings while meeting deadlines
- 7Provide clear guidance to colleagues and maintain professional relationships
- 8Lead projects or workstreams demonstrating ability to drive complex transformations
- 9Deliver high-quality work products with meticulous attention to detail
- 10Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 11Contribute to client success by designing implement and delivering efficient process solutions

- 1Bachelor's degree
- 2Active TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph
- 32+ years ServiceNow Developer or back-end development experience
- 42+ years experience with ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management IT Service Management Customer Service Management or Service Portal
- 5Ability to work on-site 100% in Chantilly Virginia
- 6Legal right to work in United States without sponsorship
- 7Master's degree preferred
- 8ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- 9Experience administering or managing ServiceNow platform
