Service Technician, MFPs & printers and networking
Overview
As a Technician, you will maintain optimum performance of client MFPs and printers onsite at customer locations. You will diagnose, repair, and service equipment and provide training to improve user productivity and machine uptime. This role involves travel, customer interaction, and ongoing learning through manufacturer classes to stay current with technology.
What You'll Do6
- 1Travel to customers locations to complete service calls according to company policies.
- 2Accurately diagnose, repair and maintain equipment in optimum operating condition at customers locations.
- 3Manage and maintain a highly accurate car stock parts inventory.
- 4Provide on going key operator training to enhance user productivity, increase machine uptime and reduce service tickets.
- 5Collaborate with customer service team to receive, prioritize, and accurately close service calls.
- 6Maintain current KPI requirements for position.
Requirements5
- 1A high school diploma or equivalent; or industry related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
- 2Computer literate and basic knowledge of networking.
- 3Ability to install/diagnose a network printer.
- 4Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- 5Ability to travel to and from customers within the subsidiary’s customer base.
