What You'll Do5
- 1Build and troubleshoot on-site repairs for copiers, printers, fax machines and related equipment to restore uptime
- 2Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and document service outcomes
- 3Design efficient service approaches that address unusual problems and minimize repeat visits
- 4Ship timely resolutions by managing time, resources and territorial responsibilities
- 5Lead preventive maintenance visits and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements5
- 15+ years building and servicing office equipment or IT hardware
- 2Experience with Toshiba, Ricoh, Savin, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark and other manufacturers
- 3Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with solid IT literacy
- 4Valid driver's license with clean DMV record and ability to lift moderate weights
- 5Proven communication skills with customers and references to verify stability of work history
