What You'll Do11
- 1Repair install maintain and calibrate copiers printers and instrumentation at customer locations
- 2Perform preventive maintenance and electrical safety testing
- 3Diagnose and correct system malfunctions
- 4Provide technical assistance and instruction on equipment operation
- 5Review preventive maintenance outcomes and recommend improvements
- 6Maintain parts inventory for field service needs
- 7Keep accurate service and expense records in ERP
- 8Deploy new hardware and software installations configurations and administrations
- 9Work flexibility with daily needs
- 10Travel overnight up to thirty percent outside territory
- 11Adjust to varying daily demands
Requirements13
- 1Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience
- 2Minimum three years copier or thermal printer field experience
- 3Thermal printer background preferred
- 4Copier service background preferred
- 5Strong mechanical service experience
- 6Excellent communication skills
- 7Flexibility to adjust to daily needs
- 8Team player open to diverse groups
- 9Strong computer skills Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel
- 10High integrity commitment to customer satisfaction
- 11Strong decision making analytical abilities
- 12Ability to lift seventy five pounds
